When you put on good clothes, you look good and you are admired. If they are clothes that fit well, you are free and smarter with them when you move around and go about your business. Everyone loves to put on good clothes, they love to have good dressings. Hallelujah!
Are you well dressed spiritually? Most people know how to take care of their physicall dressings, but lack the knowledge of how their spiritual dressing should be.
We have a spiritual dressing. When you are well dressed spiritually, you are ready for any occasion. Praise God!
Occasions here are challenges, trials, circumstances and situations. These are occasions that come to us, but we are victors in them all because we are spiritually dressed."Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us." Romans 8:37.
When you are fully dressed, there is no challenge too big for you, you'll chew it like bread. Hallelujah! There is a miracle-working ability in you to cause any change required. Hallelujah! You are ready for anything.
And you know what, after you have won, you are promoted spiritually, you are promoted in the realm of the spirit. This is because you have now passed that level. You are now in grade 2. Praise God!
There is always a next level for the child of God. Don’t remain in one level for too long, aspire for your next and higher level of success, progress and victory! Hallelujah!Remaining at one level is like stagnant water that never flows. It stinks, so, that way stinks. Don’t remain there. Hallelujah!
So how do you get dressed and get fully dressed? Is it by getting new and more expensive clothes so you can feel okay amongst other people, overcoming their gossips or backbitings?This has nothing to do with your physical clothes or dressings. We have spiritual outfits. Hallelujah! These are outfits meant for the children of God! Hallelujah
Turn to Ephesians 6:10-11."Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil."
This is our spiritual dressing, "the whole armour of God!"We do not wrestle with humans. It's not your neighbour that caused it, not your auntie or uncle, not your friend. Hallelujah! The Bible says,"For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places." Ephesians 6:12.
So you don't have to start checking where the arrow is coming from, we don't wrestle with flesh and blood. Hallelujah!
So you must not just be dressed, but fully dressed."Wherefore take unto you the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Ephesians 6:13. Hallelujah!
You should be ready for every moment with your armour on. You get prepared for the evil day. When it comes, you are victorious. It may even come and you pass through without noticing it. Hallelujah!
