REAL FAITH PART 1

Pastor Cheri

Real faith is the faith that works and produces results. It is based on God's Word.

For faith to work and produce results, it has to be based on God's Word.
Hallelujah!
If your faith isn't working, then it's not based on God’s Word for true faith always works! Praise God!
The Bible says, in Mark 11:23 (Let's go there with our Bibles).
"For verily I say unto you, That whosoever..." (That means, anybody),
...shall say unto this mountain, Be thou removed, and be thou cast into the sea; and shall not doubt in his heart, but shall believe that those things which He saith shall come to pass; He shall have whatsoever He saith.

This is a demonstration of faith. This is faith without doubt. Hallelujah! It doesn't look back, it knows nothing else but it's miracle. Praise God.

Let's go to Hebrews 11:1.
The Bible says;
Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.
The Amplified Classic Version says, (If you have the Amplified Classic Version, you can go there).
Now faith is the assurance (the confirmation, [a]the title deed) of the things [we] hope for, being the proof of things [we] do not see and the conviction of their reality [faith perceiving as real fact what is not revealed to the senses].

It calls faith "...the title deed..."
If you have the documents of your land with you, you do not have to be convinced or convince anyone that the land is yours, all you do is show the documents. The document you have is the proof of your ownership.
The same way your faith is the title deed to what you are hoping for.
When your faith is based on the Word, you do not look for a physical evidence, your faith is the evidence. You do not go to the land to prove your ownership, the document already did that.

Say this;
My faith, is the evidence that I have what I have hoped for. It is mine already because my faith proves it.
Glory to God!

You may say, how do I know my faith is based on the Word?

When  your faith is based on the Word of God you know nothing else but what the Word has said. You cannot be convinced out of it. Praise God!

Faith is spiritual and only comes through the Word (write this down).
Faith is a spiritual thing! Praise God!

A good wish is beautiful but it is not faith. Faith, real faith is beyond your reasoning.
You don't try to reason out how it is going to happen. That is why it is called faith.
Miracles don't happen by the way you have reasoned it out with your senses.
Miracles are not magic! Magic is witchcraft!
Miracles happen by faith!
They are a demonstration of the spiritual. You see it in in the physical because the spiritual controls the physical. Praise God!
So the next time you need a miracle, get your faith working, faith based on the Word, and be sure of your expectation.

Real faith has expressions.
This is when you begin to live according to what God has told you, live according to your miracle.
Abraham was called the Father of many nations and he lived that way before Isaac was born. Hallelujah!
Let's go to Genesis 17:4-5
As for me, behold, my covenant is with thee, and thou shalt be a father of many nations.
Neither shall thy name any more be called Abram, but thy name shall be Abraham; for a father of many nations have I made thee.

He began to answer the name of his position- "father of many." Any time you called him Abraham,  you were calling him father of many, as he answers, he agrees to what you have called him.

The name you answer matters. You have to check your name if it's in line with God's plan and destiny for you. If you don't know the meaning of your name, go and check it and if it has a meaning that is not consistent with God’s destiny for you  change it.
Names like - "Death is great" or "Suffering is from God" or even "Who knows tomorrow" are not consistent with the Christian life.
The Bible says in 1 Corinthians 15:55
O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory?
Then you go ahead to answer a name like we mentioned "Death is great", but you are a child of God, you are saved. That kind of name is not consistent with your nature.

Death has been abolished
2 Timothy 1:10 says,
But is now made manifest by the appearing of our Saviour Jesus Christ, who hath abolished death, and hath brought life and immortality to light through the gospel:

So answer a name that you understand. Check your name now and change it if you have to, so that when people call you, it fits you again into who you are.
Praise God!

Open to Romans 4:17-22
(As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom He believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.
Who against hope believed in hope, that He might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
And being not weak in faith, He considered not his own body now dead, when He was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah's womb:
He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;
And being fully persuaded that, what He had promised, He was able also to perform.
And therefore it was imputed to him for righteousness.

See how Abraham behaved with his information. See grow he demonstrated his faith. The Bible says, "...He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God...."

Say this;
I stagger not. I stagger not. I stagger not.
I am strong in faith.

Don't stagger.
Abraham was strong in faith and he did not stagger. It goes ahead to say
"...And being fully persuaded that, what He had promised, He was able also to perform...."

No wonder He is called our father of faith.

Hope is good but for it to work, you have to translate it to faith and faith is now.
Hope is for the future, for tomorrow,  faith is now.
Hebrews 11:1 says,
Now faith...
Faith is now! Hallelujah! Not tomorrow, NOW! Praise God!

Lift up your hands wherever you are and worship God.
Keep declaring,  my faith is strong, my faith is alive!
Praise God.
