DOING THE WORD IS TWO FOLD PART 1

Pastor Cheri

The Word of God is for doing. We don't just hear the Word and feel okay with what it has said, agreeing that it is nice, beautiful and good. There is a difference between agreeing with the Word and doing it.

When you do the Word, you are emphasizing and working the Word. When you agree with the Word, you accept all it as said without putting it to work. You know it is good and wonderful but you haven't done anything about it. Hallelujah!

The Word of God is Spirit. It is a living thing.
"For the word of God is quick, and powerful, and sharper than any twoedged sword, piercing even to the dividing asunder of soul and spirit, and of the joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart." Hebrews 4:12

The New King James version says,
"For the word of God is living and powerful, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of joints and marrow, and is a discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart."

The Word is active, it's also powerful. You can put it to work and get results. It is supernatural, it's a miracle producer. Hallelujah!

As you look into it, you are changed into what you see.
"But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord." 2 Corinthians 3:18.

You become it. As you become it, live it.

Don't go back forgetting what you looked like when you looked into the Word, carry the picture.

"For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, He is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass: For He beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man He was. But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, He being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed." James 1:23-25.

When you are a doer of the Word, you carry that picture before you. This is what makes you live the Word. And you know what, there is a blessing for doing the Word. The Scripture says, "...this man shall be blessed in his deed." Paise God!

Doing the Word is two-fold. First you talk it and then you act it.

Your Words are very powerful. Like missiles, they travel very fast in the Spirit realm. You must fulfill the first part of doing the Word by talking. Talking the Word is for your benefit so you should have time for it.

As you study the Word,  you speak it forth. Let the Word be in your heart and in your mouth. Talk it.

When God brings Rhema Words to you as you study or pray, be skillful with them, speak them forth, keep declaring them until they get into, into your spirit-man. Praise God!

Let the Word be deeply rooted and grounded in you so you can talk more of it. The more of it you have in you, the more of it you declare.

Your Words do things in the spirit realm. They place things rightly and correctly! Praise God!

If it's about your finances, it would position you correctly to receive that money coming. If it's about your home, it would position you rightly for your desired miracle. These apply also to your health, your mind, your business, your job..., it would align you with the Word to produce your desired miracle. Hallelujah!

This is God’s divine timing for your life, you have to speak the right words, words based on the Word, based on the Rhema that you have received to align yourself with them. Praise God!

Don't be too tied to talk, talk your life up, talk your destiny in place. Talk yourself into God’s plan for you.

Your life is from glory to glory, from victory to victory, from grace to grace. This s the path of the just. You are that just one. You must not live below this kind of life, it would mean living below your normal life. That life is your normal life. You should live fulfilled, fulfilling this kind of life. Praise God!

We would continue in our next Service.

Lift up your hands to God now, worship Him!
