The disciples of Jesus prayed a prayer in the book of Acts.
Turn to Acts 4 verse29
And now, Lord, behold their threatenings: and grant unto thy servants, that with all boldness they may speak thy word,
By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.
Go over to Acts 5 verse 12
And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people; (and they were all with one accord in Solomon's porch.
The disciples prayed a prayer which was answered in Chapter 5 verse 12.
They prayed the Lord to, grant them boldness, by stretching forth His hand to heal and that signs and wonders may be done by Jesus.
This prayer was answered though the Apostles. It says, And by the hands of the apostles were many signs and wonders wrought among the people;
Today, it's your hands God is using to touch through world. You are His extension to the world.
He touches, heals, mends, delivers, those around you and in the world through you.
This is the reason God left you here on earth.
You actually represent Him. We are ambassadors here on earth.
We have brought the life of the Kingdom amongst men. Hallelujah!
Your sphere of contact needs to experience Jesus through you.
If you have been living in a particular area without making impact, then you are not fulfilling your calling.
That boy or girl next door needs to know about Jesus, he needs to understand and experience Jesus. So you have someone tied to you until you release Jesus to him or her.
It may even be a sick person. Don’t keep quiet, or wish for God's healing for him or her. There is a healing power working in you. We just read about the Apostles, yours is no different.
That fellow has to be happy that you are there.
Go ahead and deliver healing to that one, lay your hands on him, lay the hands of Jesus on that one and get him up on his feet.
This is the same touch that healed the sick, the maimed, the deaf, dumb and even raised the dead.
And you know what, Jesus said something He said,
Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believeth on me, the works that I do shall He do also; and greater works than these shall He do; because I go unto my Father. John 14 verse 12.
He left us here to do mighty works. Hallelujah!
The kind of life we carry is the life Jesus rose up with, not the one that died because Jesus became born again. Hallelujah!
So we carry the life of the resurrected Christ.
That life can pass through walls when the doors are shut,
And as they thus spoke, Jesus himself stood in the midst of them, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you. Luke 24 verse 36
That life doesn't live by blood.
Jesus said after His resurrection,
Behold my hands and my feet, that it is I myself: handle me, and see; for a spirit hath not flesh and bones, as ye see me have. Luke 24 verse 39
He was made up of only flesh and bones, no blood! Glory to God!
This is the same life we are transferring to others, getting them saved, impacted and healed.
Don't live an ordinary life. Don’t live an ordinary Christian life.
1 Corinthians 2 verse 4 says,
And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man's wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power:
You must demonstrate the anointing. Let the world see the miracles of Jesus. As you preach, perform miracles. Touch them with Jesus. Hallelujah!
Jesus touched me today!
Jesus touched me today!
Let these be the Words on their lips. They can’t hold the Words back, they just experienced Jesus through you! Hallelujah!
You are the Jesus, in your environment, in your estate, in your place of work, in your school, the Jesus in your home, you are Jesus everywhere! Hallelujah!
Answer Jesus everywhere!
He is stretching out His hands through you.
He is stretching out His hands to a hopeless world to give them hope, to a dying world to give them life, to the sick to give them health.
This is what the Good News of Christ's salvation is all about.
You can live free of worry, pain and sickness! Such information is good news. So we must spread it, demonstrating the anointing with it.
